Where Can I Find The Folders Created On Resilio Connect Management Console?

Resilio Management Console itself does not store folders. It's only used to manage Agents, folders, arrange them into groups.

For the computer, where Management Console is installed, to take part in files sharing, an Agent instance shall be installed on it and connected to Console and other agents. 

Starting from v2.0 Resilio Connect automatically installs an agent on the same computer as Management Console. So there is no need to do it manually. This agent works exactly the same way as others and can be configured with the guides in this help center.
