Migrate Sync jobs to File cache or Hybrid work jobs
Resilio Active Everywhere Platform comes with two new jobs - File cache and Hybrid work job.
it is possible to migrate an existing sync jobs into a new type of job without starting from scratch and waiting for all the files to be indexed and synced. Ensure the Agents meet the necessary requirements and make manual adjustments to the Agent's database files as needed. See here for detailed step-by-step guide.
Check if you have Linux Agents with enabled TSS. Disable it.
Selective Sync is not supported for Linux OS even though may be enabled in a job configuration. With Linux cache server, introduced in Resilio Active Everywhere Platform v.4.0.0, this configuration will lead to stalled job.
Inspect the existing Synchronization jobs and the groups with Linux Agents, and see if Linux Agents have Selective Sync enabled.
Edit the jobs and disable the Selective Sync option, or remove the Agents from the groups.
Check if you have jobs with Legacy Selective Sync
Legacy Selective Sync is deprecated in 4.0.0. Delete Agents using legacy Selective Sync from the jobs to prevent compatibility issues.
Check if you have Network policy rules
Agents updated from v3.8.0 or older may report an error about no available Agent to connect via the rule. To address this, change the tag on an Agent to recalculate the network policy rules and re-establish connections.
