For shared locks functionality to work, it's required that shared locks driver is installed and running.

To fix it, check the status of the driver with command sc query rsldrv
in the elevated Command Prompt. If it's not running, start it with command sc start

Driver must be installed together with the Agent.
1. Advised way is to run the Agent installer and install the driver.
2. Not advisable. Stop the Agent. On MC check for other Windows Agents of the same version as the current one. Copy the C:\Program Files\Resilio Connect Agent\rsldrv from a remote Agent and place it in same location on the current one. Start the Agent. Right click on rsldrv.inf file and select 'Install". Start the driver from elevated Command Prompt with sc start rsldrv

Restart the driver from the elevated Command prompt and the Agent service using commands sc stop rsldrv
and sc start rsldrv
If it does not help, contact support, next steps will require manual update to the registry keys.

Shared locks functionality is only supported for Windows Agents and storages, starting with a drive letter, or a UNC path. The error message indicates that the storage path contains unexpected and unsupported locations (cloud storage, for example). Review the job directory for this Agents and update accordingly.
